The album is about 2022, a chapter in my life: searching for home, landing in the city, feeling lost, the hard parts of partnership, floating out of my body and out of my mind, playing house, and watching everything wither and seed with the seasons. Each song follows per month, with the exception of 'Soirée Barn,' taken from a camp performance in July 2023.
